The entree is an open and airy space that extends into two lounges, which are kept in a light colored island theme. Both are fully furnished and equipped with comfortable couches, armchairs, and sideboards; the main lounge has a satellite flat screen TV. The entire house is lavishly decorated with colorful paintings by local artists; adding to its breezy aura of tropical delight. Throughout the ground floor, louvered security shutters provide privacy and safety.

The playful island theme is carried over to the dining area, where a large table and chairs for eight persons provide ample space for luscious island feasts.

The kitchen of this fine Mauritius beachfront villa comes fully equipped with a huge American style fridge, a stainless steel stove with air extractor, a dishwasher, state of the art cooking utensils as well as tableware for up to twelve guests.

The adjoining outdoor kitchen has a working table and two sinks.

The Garden Bedroom is located behind the kitchen. It is kept in bright colors with a very large and comfortable bed, wardrobe and en-suite toilet, ample shower and double washbasins. The sliding doors which connect to the private veranda have folding grills to let in a cool sea breeze and yet offer security.

The Pool Bedroom opens onto the swimming pool area. It offers all the amenities of the garden bedroom plus bathtub /shower in the bathroom and a single washbasin. It is equipped with a secured cabinet large enough to hold valuables, camera-gear, laptops and tablets. Louvered shutters provide security as well as intimacy.

The Pool Lounge is the veranda by the safely zoned-off swimming pool, where shady spaces invite to relax on comfortable lounge and beach chairs. It can be closed off for additional security with an electric roller shutter. The state of the art pool is heated in winter and has a surround sound system. Surrounded by a fence, it is totally children safe.
In a secluded spot in the lovely garden sits a small bungalow in pastel colors: the Annex consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The Laundry Room also functions as a maintenance room and is equipped with a good-sized washing machine, an ironing board and a steam iron.
The Wi-Fi desk offers all the sockets, but free Internet connection is available throughout the building.

The guest toilet is situated on the ground floor of this luxury beach villa.

First Floor

A staircase leads up to the first floor, where the Master Bedroom with its large wooden bed is kept in soft colors; opening up to a bathroom with separate tub, shower, twin basins and toilet. The terrace in the treetops is accessible from this room only and adds romance to your exclusive Indian Ocean holiday; offering scenic views over Riambel beach and the Indian Ocean.

The Junior Suite has an attic style roof and a cozy lounge with a sofa and satellite TV. Its bedroom features three single beds and a foldable baby bed. The en-suite bathroom has an ample shower and a toilet.
